The mushroom sauce automatic filling line is a paste/ sauce production lines, which can realize various paste products filling such as mushroom sauce, jam, peanut butter, tomato sauce, bean paste, chili sauce, shrimp paste, caviar and soft granules. The whole line capacity is 2000-5000b/h (can be customized according to customer's requirements).
The mushroom sauce filling line is our company’s newly-developed new sauce filling production line. The sauce filling machine adopts servo motor to control the piston quantitative filling. The metering is accurate and the adjustment is simple. The micro-electronic intelligent control technology and program control application are applied in this production line. It has become a new production line of mechatronics, which can realize automatic production processes such as quantitative filling, capping, capping, aluminum foil sealing and coding.

4. Intelligent fault diagnosis and automatic display of error position in Chinese (such as: photoelectric error, stroke error, etc.).
5. The intelligent temperature controller double-controls the temperature of the horizontal and vertical sealing molds, and the double rotating arm seals, and the heat sealing effect is better.
6. The newly designed integrated electric cutter can cut N bags to avoid the phenomenon of card pocket. The cutter is durable and can adjust the position of the cutter while the machine is running, thus facilitating the user's operation.
